We have INVENTED a special algorithm to have the pumped liters calculated directly without the use of an external flow meter, depending on the working conditions in the cellar and the efficiency of the pump.

PANEL “R”

The ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL “R”, besides performing the normal functions provided by the control panel, electronically manages other important functions such as:

• PUMPING OVER: automatic cycles can be programmed for PUMPING OVER
• PRESSURE AND DEPRESSION CONTROL:
  the ‘R’ control panel is equipped with software capable of managing pressure and depression control
• the LIQUID SENSOR: the ‘R’ control panel is equipped with software capable of managing the liquid sensor

MULTIFUNCTION REMOTE CONTROL

The MULTIFUNCTION RADIO CONTROL repeats the five commands on the electronic panel on the pump:

1. right gear;
2. left gear;
3. variation of the flow rate;
4. start;
5. stop;

The commands, both from the panel and from radio control, are always active, so you can act alternately from one and the other to operate them, according to what is most convenient.

PRESSURE AND DEPRESSION CONTROL

With the push of a button, the control panel allows you to set the pressure and depression values in which you wish to operate.These values can be viewed on the panel display easily and immediately, at any time.

Some examples of practical use of this accessory are:

• barrel FILLING/EMPTYING:
  The pump works as an autoclave both in filling and in emptying barrels or tanks in general.
• FILTER:
  It is possible to set a max. operation pressure (to avoid filter breakage). The pump never exceeds this value by adjusting the flow rate to the obstructions that it finds on delivery. When the filter is completely clogged and it is not possible to maintain the minimum flow, the pump stops.
• FOR ANY DECANTING PROCESS:
  When we do not want to stress the product, we can set the max. suction and pressure, within which we want the pump to work.

LIQUID SENSOR

The TIMED LIQUID SENSOR stops the pump automatically when the poured product is finished; a TIMER, located on the right side of the control panel, allows to set the desired empty time (e.g. to prime the pump at the beginning of the transfer or to empty the pump and the tubes at the end of the job) without the risk of wearing out the gaskets for dry running.

PREDISPOSITION CONTROLLED SWITCH

The PRESETTING, on the pump, of the CONTROLLED OUTLET is necessary in order to connect remote on / off devices without ever disconnecting the inverter, according to CE standards.

CONTROL FROM SWITCH ON-OFF

The ON-OFF CONTROL from a controlled outlet is used to control the switching on and off of the pump together with the other machines connected to it in the cellar (destemmer, filters, refrigerating units, bottling line …).

It usually comes with 10 mt. cable.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL WITH 4-20 mA PROBE

The 4-20 mA probe, to be positioned at the output of a heat exchanger, allows to automatically adjust the pump flow rate in order to reach the desired liquid temperature.

LEVEL PROBE

The probes placed on the hopper indicate to the panel the presence of product inside the tank.
In fact, they automatically handle the pump/hopper system:

• They start the system when they detect the presence of product inside the tank
• They increase the speed of the system in case the tank fills up quickly (in order to not overflow the product)
• They stop the system when they do not detect the presence of product inside the tank.

The system stops after a time set by the customer.

BY-PASS

Removable BY-PASS with 1″ stainless steel pipe, for piping saturation with gas (nitrogen…)

THIRD COMPENSATION CHAMBER

The THIRD COMPENSATION CHAMBER further reduces the already low pulses during decanting.
In fact, the pressure variations on the delivery pipe go from an oscillation of ± 0.10 atm to ± 0.01 atm.

THIS ACCESSORY IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE USE OF THE PUMP IN FILTRATION.

REMOTE CONTROL FROM 400V OUTLET

The REMOTE CONTROL UNIT from a 400V CONTROLLED OUTLET is useful for operating the pump in harmony with other machinery, filters, refrigerating units, bottling machines…
